FIG. 4 is a back side view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 , being the opposite view of FIG. 3 ;
FIG. 5 is an end side view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 , with the opposite end side view being a mirror image thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 .
