FIG. 2 is a top view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 ;
FIG. 3 is a side view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 , with the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 4 is an end view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 ;
FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 1 ; and,
FIG. 6 is an opposite end view of the bolster dressing of FIG. 4 .
