FIG. 1 is a front right top perspective view of a hat holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left elevation view thereof, the right elevation view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a left elevation view shown in use thereof.

The shade lines in the Figures show contour and texture, and not surface ornamentation. The broken line portions shown in FIG. 7 represent environmental subject matter and are illustrative of a hat and an environmental structure for mounting the hat holder. The broken lines and the structures they depict form no part of the claimed design.
