FIG. 1 is a front and left side perspective view of a vehicle outside mirror showing our new design; the mirror image of a vehicle outside mirror is claimed, but not shown; FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of the vehicle outside mirror of FIG. 1 ; FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof; FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view thereof; FIG. 5 is a back elevation view thereof; FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and, FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof. The broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the vehicle outside mirror that form no part of the claimed design.
