The griddle can include a ribbed cooking surface, as shown in FIGS. 9 - 16 , or a flat cooking surface, as shown in FIGS. 17 - 24 . Regardless of which cooking surface is used, the cooking surface defines a rectangular trough near a front of the griddle to catch cooking grease. A lower surface of the trough defines a rectangular funnel that allows the grease to flow from the channel, through a main body of the griddle, and to the rectangular grease tray on the underside of the griddle. The main body of the griddle defines a hole into which a lower end of the funnel rests. The broken lines shown in the figures form no part of the claimed design.
