FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a new, original, and ornamental design of a load binder in accordance with the present design; FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view thereof; FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof; FIG. 4 is a front elevation view thereof; FIG. 5 is a back elevation view thereof; FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof; and, FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof. The dash-dot broken lines that illustrate a symbolic break are such that the portion between the dash-dot broken lines and the lines themselves form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dash broken lines of FIG. 4 are included for the purpose of illustrating portions of the load binder and form no part of the claimed design.
