FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a frame member, showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a top view thereof; FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof; FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof; FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof; FIG. 6 is a front view thereof; FIG. 7 is a rear view thereof; FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of FIG. 4 ; FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the area indicated in FIG. 2 ; and, FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of the area indicated in FIG. 8 . The broken lines shown in FIGS. 8 - 10 illustrate areas that are showing enlarged portions of the frame member and form no part of the claimed design.
