FIG. 1 is a front top perspective view of a hanging partition showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a front view thereof; FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof; FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof; FIG. 5 is a right sideview thereof; FIG. 6 is a top view thereof; and, FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof. The uneven-length broken lines immediately adjacent to the solid line regions represent the bounds of the claimed design and form no part thereof. The remaining uneven-length and even-length broken lines depicting the remainder of the hanging partition form no part of the claimed design. The hanging partition includes two symbolic breaks. The appearance of any portion of the hanging partition between the break lines indicated by brackets forms no part of the claimed design.
