FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a flow regulator in accordance with my design; FIG. 2 is a top, front, right perspective view thereof; FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof; FIG. 4 is a bottom, front, right perspective view thereof; FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof, with the left side elevational view being a mirror image thereof; and, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view taken along line 6 - 6 in FIG. 3 . The broken lines represent portions of the flow regulator that form no part of the claimed design.
