FIG. 1 is a medial side view of a shoe upper showing our new design; FIG. 2 is a lateral side view thereof; FIG. 3 is a top and lateral side view thereof; and, FIG. 4 is a top and medial side view thereof in an open configuration. The shoe upper illustrated in the drawings is a first embodiment showing a left-footed form of the shoe upper. A second embodiment for the right-footed form of the shoe upper, which is a mirror image of the left-footed form, is not illustrated. The broken line illustration in the drawings, showing portions of the shoe, form no part of the claimed design.
