The single FIGURE is a front elevation view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface showing our new design.
The ornamental design which is claimed is shown in solid lines in the drawing. The broken lines showing the outer border of the display screen or portion thereof and the interior features of the graphical user interface in the drawing forms no part of the claimed design. The broken lines consisting of a long dash, a short dash, and a long dash define the bounds of the claimed design and form no part of the claimed design. Shading forms no part of the claimed design. The “X” elements and three-dot icons form no part of the claimed design.
