The cable positioning device can include a hook portion, connected to a vertically extending portion. The hook portion can be in a crimped position, as shown in FIGS. 1 - 8 , or in an open position, as shown in FIGS. 9 - 16 . The vertically extending portion connects to a first substantially rectangular cable saddle. A second substantially rectangular cable saddle is positioned above the first cable saddle, with a U-shaped divider positioned between the first and second cable saddles.
