The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface sequentially transitions in a first embodiment of a sequence between the images shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 to FIG. 3 ; and in a second embodiment of a sequence between the images shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 to FIG. 4 to FIG. 5 . The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
