The current application is directed to a medical implant for use in soft tissue grafting. The medical implant comprises a threaded screw and a cap with a threaded screw-receiving hole, as shown in the exploded views of the first embodiment in FIGS. 8 and 9 , and in the exploded views of the second embodiment in FIGS. 17 and 18 . The claim is directed to the collective appearance of the cap and the screw.
