FIG. 5 is a bottom view of the nerve stimulation device; and,
FIG. 6 is a top view of the nerve stimulation device.
The broken line shown in FIG. 4 is for the purpose of illustrating portions of the nerve stimulation device and forms no part of the claimed design.
