The second embodiment of the digital license plate frame in FIGS. 9 - 16 includes symbolic break lines. The appearance of the digital license plate frame between the break lines forms no part of the claimed design.

Although the illustrated license plate frame can be used with digital license plates, Applicant contemplates that it could also be used with conventional license plates and reserves the right to amend the Title to refer simply to a license plate frame.
