This article is the object of adhesion or potting in the manufacturing process of semi conductor products, such as a printed circuit board, an electronic device, a precision mechanical equipment, optical goods, home electronics, etc. It is a liquid precision discharge control machine (controller) used when it is high-speed and highly precise and liquid materials, such as cream solder, UV resin, silver paste, and an epoxy resin, are discharged.
