FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the portion encircled in dot-dashed broken lines in FIG. 1 ;

FIG. 9 is an enlarged view of the portion encircled in dot-dashed broken lines in FIG. 2 ;

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken through line 10 - 10 of FIG. 9 in a fully opened state;

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken through line 10 - 10 of FIG. 9 in a partially folded state;
