The vehicle cross bar is shown with dot-dash-dot broken lines in its length and the appearance of any portion of the vehicle cross bar between the dot-dash-dot broken lines form no part of the claimed design. The dash-dash broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the vehicle cross bar that form no part of the claimed design.
