A design for a public lighting fixture that can be attached to an advertising board comprising: a base and a cover defining a housing that includes at least one light and a power source; attachment means that extend from the housing for connection to the advertising board; wherein the cover has a sloping upper surface relative to the ground; and the base includes or comprises a light-diffusing lens.
