The fill pattern bounded by the dash-dot-dash boundary lines in FIG. 9 represents a smooth, non-milled surface; the fill pattern bounded by the dash-dot-dot-dash boundary lines in FIG. 9 represents a milled surface. The fill pattern bounded by the dash-dot-dash boundary lines in FIG. 10 represents a smooth, non-milled and white surface; the fill pattern bounded by the dash-dot-dot-dash boundary lines in FIG. 10 represents a milled and non-white surface.
The regular broken lines in the drawings are for purposes of illustrating portions of the design that form no part of the present claimed design.
