The upper for an article of footwear illustrated in the drawings is a first embodiments having a right-footed form of the upper for an article of footwear. A second embodiment, which is for the left-footed form of the upper for an article of footwear is a mirror image of the right-footed form, is not illustrated and is also claimed. The dashed broken lines in the figures, showing portions of the upper for an article of footwear and the sole environment, form no part of the claimed design.
