FIG. 1 is a top front perspective view of a message panel for a bag, showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is a right-side elevation view thereof, the left-side elevation being a mirror image thereof.
The evenly spaced broken lines showing a bag depict environmental subject matter and form no part of the claimed design.
