The vehicle cross bar is shown with a symbolic break in its length; the dot-dot-dash broken lines thereof and the appearance of any portion of the vehicle cross bar between the break lines form no part of the claimed design. The broken lines in the drawings depict portions of the vehicle cross bar that form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines in FIGS. 2 and 9 represent boundaries of the enlarged portion and form no part of the claimed design.
