In FIG. 10 , the broken lines show environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design. The fabric tube maker set is usable in making a tube made of a band-like strip composed of a fabric layer and a batting layer. The fabric tube maker set is composed of an upper frame and a lower frame, which can be used as one set.
