The magnifying lens can be used, for example, as an aid for tying fishing knots.

The invention is illustrated in FIGS. 1 - 8 where the decorative fish is a largemouth bass.

FIGS. 9 - 12 show alternative embodiments of the invention similar to that shown in FIGS. 1 - 8 , except the top plan view has been modified to show a different decorative fish as stated in the descriptions for FIGS. 9 - 12 .
