The bag consists of an essentially rectangular body with two side gussets and a flap covering the upper and middle parts of the front side of the body; a horizontal semi-circular retaining element is attached to the latter; one end of a chain that extends over the top of the body and in front of the flap is connected to the rear side of the body; the other end of the chain has a small rod that can be inserted through the aforementioned retaining element when the bag is closed; the links of the chain are almost elliptical in shape and have a small intermediate transverse bar, resembling anchor chains.
