The design is for a bicycle rack including hooked locking bars having an extended state in which the hooked bars extend out of a plane of the rack frame (figures 1 . 1 to 1 . 6 ) and a folded state in which the hooked bars lie within the plane of the rack frame (figure 1 . 7 ); a central portion of the frame is absent; front and back views are identical; left and right views are identical; a bottom view is omitted: the bottom is flat and devoid of surface ornamentation; figure 1 . 1 : perspective (extended state); figure 1 . 2 : front; figure 1 . 3 : back; figure 1 . 4 : left; figure 1 . 5 : right; figure 1 . 6 : top; figure 1 . 7 : perspective (folded state).
