FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface showing my new design according to a second embodiment.
The outer perimeter shown in broken lines in the figures illustrates a display screen or portion thereof and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining black and gray broken lines in the figures illustrate portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design. The grayscale in the figures indicates a contrast of appearance.
