FIG. 2 is a bottom plan view of the lid;
FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view of the lid, the right side elevation view being an identical image of the left side elevation view;
FIG. 4 is a front elevation view of the lid, the rear elevation view being an identical image of the front elevation view; and,
FIG. 5 is a top plan view of the lid.
