In certain applications of use, embodiments of the brewer can be positioned on a counter, a shelf, a rack, or a table and can be used to create cold, ambient, and/or hot brewed beverages such as coffee or tea. Embodiments of the brewer can be made of a variety of materials including, but not limited, to plastic or metal, and certain portions of the BREWER can be transparent.
