The ornamental design for a playing board for a board game, as shown and described.

In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9 , the playing board for a board game can be coupled with a supporting board. The supporting board may be (i) another playing board which may be the same as or different from the playing board for a board game of the present invention, (ii) a mere support which does not serve for a board game, or (iii) a tray to provide a storage space for moving pieces when the moving pieces are not in use.
Moving pieces can be stored in a ditch of the playing board when in use. When not in use, moving pieces can be stored inside a space which is defined by the playing board for a board game and the supporting board.
FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a playing board for a board game showing my new design.

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the Playing Board for a Board Game wherein game playing chips are included.
