FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the opposite side thereof.
FIG. 3 is a back elevational view thereof.
FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof.
FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof.
The broken lines in the drawings illustrate portions of the heel cover that forms no part of the claim.
