FIG. 1 is the enlarged top plan view of the label insert shown by itself without the divider sheet and the tab holder for convenience
FIG. 2 is the exploded top plan view of the label insert with a divider sheet having a tab holder; and,
FIG. 3 is the top plan view of the label insert inserted into a tab holder on a divider sheet. The broken lines shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 are sealings on the tab holder and are part of the claim design.
